What a privilege it is to explore these ancient spaces. We were so happy to join our friends at Sasi Africa and help them to tell their story.
Tucked away in the elbow of the Bergville mountains – a short drive from the Royal Natal National Park and in full view of the impressive Drakensberg Ampitheatre – Sasi Africa is a new venture that opens up Kilburn Game Reserve to be explored.
With a healthy population of plains game including giraffe, ostrich, impala, blesbok and waterbuck, as well as a host of exciting birdlife, this camp is sure to be a hit with those looking to surround themselves in nature. The lodge site overlooks the Kilburn Dam and the spread off the Drakensberg Mountains.
While the lodge is undergoing finishing touches, we can’t wait to see the completed lodge later this quarter.
